Its 90 m² are very comfortable, it has a very large independent kitchen with a closed outdoor terrace. Inside the kitchen, it has all the necessary utensils and equipment, such as ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and juicer. The living room is spacious and bright, from which you can access its outdoor terrace with Lumon, from which you can see the beautiful sea views. The bedrooms have extras such as 2 beds and a nice outdoor terrace from which you can see the beautiful sunsets offered by the Andalusian soroccidental area. The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a window that accesses a terrace with lumon, you can choose if you want to have an outdoor or closed and comfortable terrace with lots of light. Just 100 meters from the sand and 50 meters from the promenade, is the Albatros Urbanization, this urbanization is in an ideal area for families to enjoy the beach and the sea.
