El espacio de los apartamentos, la zona spa , el tener parking, el bar donde poder pasar un rato agradable con la animación del hotel. La tranquilidad . La recepción nos atendió muy bien y nos ayudó en lo necesario.

No podemos usar el desayuno buffet por llevar a una persona mayor , por lo que no debería ser obligatorio en la reserva. Además de que si vas a otro evento, no podemos desayunar en el buffet. Deberían poner más información, en los apartamentos sobre see more

Deberían poner más información, en los apartamentos sobre que hacer con la basura. Hemos buscado los contenedores para tirar . Porque no teníamos contratada la limpieza diaria. Hemos llamado a recepción un montón de veces y nos decían que las lineas estaban ocupadas, tuvimos que ir a recepción a solucionar un problema, teniendo que estar todos en la puerta del apartamento porque era un problema de llaves . Debería de funcionar mejor el teléfono a recepción o poner alguien para las llamadas.
