En la oficina se debería facilitar el check-in de manera automática sin obligar a usar la aplicación ni tener que discutir por esto con el cliente.

La hora de disponibilidad el día de llegada es muy tardía (5 de la tarde) Que la oficina no esté a 5 km. de distancia de los apartamentos. La empresa tiene muchos locales en la zona y podría habilitar alli la oficina. No asociar el cobro de parte de la fianza porque no se deje el horno limpio, por ejemplo (recibido en el email de despedida). |
